Run a Game for Rooks Con
Rooks Con is built by its community, and volunteer game runners are the heart of it. The only way to guarantee your favorite game is part of Rooks Con 2027 ( – ) is to run it yourself — and game runners can still play in the games they run, with no restrictions.
handshake What Game Runners Commit To
- check_circle Know the rules of the games you choose to run, and provide at least one copy of each game.
- check_circle Conduct yourself professionally and make fair, clear rulings so everyone has a fun and fair experience.
- check_circle Be present during your games' scheduled times to answer questions and make rulings. You may play in your own games (or other games) during that time, as long as you're available.
- check_circle Heats and Semis run at their scheduled times. Finals may be moved only if you approve and the finalists unanimously agree on a new time.

Up to 3 Games
Each game runner may run up to 3 games, unless otherwise approved.
Optional Demos
You can offer a 30 minute or 1 hour demo for each of your games.
Just-for-Fun Slots
You can also request a scheduled play of a game with no trophy or coaster rewards — great for co-ops, long war games, and the like.
Your Schedule
The form asks for any times you can't (or would rather not) run games during the event, so we can schedule around you.
