Rooks-Con Board Game Runner Volunteer Form

I (please print name legibly) am volunteering to be a game runner at Rooks-Con 2027, May 26th – May 31st. I understand that while running games, I am responsible for conducting myself in a professional manner, and I am responsible for knowing the rules of the games I choose to run, as well as providing at least one copy of the game. I will do my very best to make fair and clear rulings to ensure a fun and fair gaming experience for all those who choose to play my game. I understand I must be available during the times my games are scheduled, to answer questions and/or make rulings. Attendees who run games may play in their own games, or other games during their games scheduled time but must be present during the scheduled time to answer questions. Heats and Semis must be run at the scheduled time, Finals may be moved if the game runner approves, and a unanimous agreed upon time is reached by the finalists.
